Alumni - ARTS International Showcase Package Includes:

ARTS International Participation Fee.

Admittance to all Workshops & Seminars at the Showcase.
Enrollment in ALL Official Showcase Performances in front of Agents and Industry Professionals for: TV Commercial, Film Scene, Improv, Creative Runway, Theme Runway, Photography, Swimsuit, Singing, Dancing and Monologue. (MUST be approved by coach)
Direct access to top Agents, Castings, Managers, and Producers with individual interviews and/or call backs for every participant!
Red Carpet Celebration & Awards Ceremony
Opportunities for Scholarships from industry learning institutes and schools, plus future ARTS events.

OPTIONAL Additional Expenses Not Included In This Package

Travel to and from the showcase location.
Online Coaching Sessions. One is REQUIRED at $50 for performance material review and approval.
Lodging: Our discounted rate at Marriott World Center is $158.00 (USD)+ tax and resort fee per room, per night. Contact our office for add'l info.
Up to date Photos, Marketing Materials, & the ARTS Program Book are highly recommended for interviews and call backs with the agents. Current, up-to-date photos with an approved industry photographer are required to enter the Photography Performance. Based on individual choices, the photo shoot cost is between $350-$450; (USD) Marketing Materials (composite cards and/or headshot cards) are $3.75 (USD) per card (forty minimum). Your photo in the ARTS Program Book is included when shooting with an ARTS approved photographer, otherwise optional inclusion is $95.00 (USD) Please contact the office for more info.
Parent / Observer Passes are $300.00 (USD) each and include admittance to all performances, workshops, seminars and the Red Carpet Celebration. (This is not included for participants under 18 yrs old with the alumni package)
Child Observer Passes are FREE for children age 4 and under who are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with a pass.

The ARTS Participation fee is $995.00 (USD). The deposit is deducted from the total and the balance is broken down into payments. Please select from one of the following payment options by clicking in the box beside your selected payment plan. (Other arragements may be possible and can be discussed with the ARTS office.)

* Payments can be made with VISA, MC, DISC (contact us for additional payment options). Accounts that become more than seven (7) days delinquent will be charged a $25.00 (USD)late fee and registration will be suspended until the account is made current. Payment plans 2 & 3 reflect an administrative fee. Balance is to be paid in full no later than June 1, 2023.

Refund Policy

A. Within five (5) days of registration and this dated document – Full refund of showcase fees is given, minus $100.00 administrative fee

B. 6 days – 3 weeks AFTER registration and this dated document – 25% of showcase fees paid, less initial deposit

C. 4-8 weeks AFTER registration and this dated document – 10% of showcase fees paid, less initial deposit

D. More than 8 weeks AFTER this dated document – No refund is given, but showcase fees are transferable to the next consecutive ARTS (transfer fees apply).

E. In the event that ARTS is canceled in advance due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, labor disputes, war, government shutdowns, etc.), the participant is entitled to transfer all monies paid to attend the next scheduled ARTS showcase (transfer fees do NOT apply)
